Wonderful new Main Courses at the BAJUL

Lots of thing are being changed at BAJUL. Already the website is restyled, the wine list is renewed and new Indonesian Main Courses are created to enjoy. The appetizers and desserts will be changed soon. Furthermore, BAJUL will be celebrating its 5 years anniversary this upcoming December and we would like to celebrate this lustrum together with our guests, more on this later.

The Indonesian cuisine is very diverse with a variety of tastes which makes this cuisine very unique. Therefore, we believe that it is important to change the menu regularly with a number of new dishes. Delicious Grilled tiger prawns with Indonesian curry sauce  –  or  –  In garlic en sesame-oil fried fillet of chicken, was a winner in the Dutch period and known as chicken Siang  –  or  –  Beef skewer with black bean sauce. These dishes complement the menu as of today and as you are used to, at restaurant BAJUL the new dishes will be prepared with great passion and after family recipes.

Ikan Pepesan,  Babi Pangang of pancetta are dishes to remain unchanged, as we believe that these traditional dishes should not be missing on the menu of restaurant BAJUL.
